The Woodlands newest village, Creekside Park, is currently being developed and is the 8th residential village to be opened in The Woodlands, the #1 master-planned community in Texas since 1990.

Lennar Homes, developer of Windsor Hills and Windsor Lakes in The Woodlands, is developing a new 541 home active adult comunity for residents who are 55+.

Plans for the community include a clubhouse with swimming pool, fitness center, billiards room and social activities for the residents.

Clubhouse - 53,000 square foot Italian-style clubhouse is located near the Nicklaus course in Carlton Woods. A second clubhouse is being built near the Fazio Course. The Tuscan-inspired design will include a 13,500 square foot clubhouse and 6,000 square foot cart barn arranged around a Village Square on a hillcrest overlooking the golf course. The clubhouse interior will be richly appointed and will feature a grill and bar with a vast stone fireplace overlooking the 18th hole, pro shop and men's and women's locker rooms. The cart barn has been designed as a multi-function pavilion for club events with large sliding doors that open to the Village Square and golf course.
