Arthur Storey Park -
The completion of a new feature in Arthur Storey Park was celebrated April 12, 2005. The new feature is a first for Precinct 3 parks. It is a court specifically designed for the practicing of Tai Chi exercises.
Bear Creek Pioneers Park - 3535 War Memorial Drive 77084
The memorial at Bear Creek Pioneers Park was built in 1985 to honor all of the known Harris County residents who lost their lives in our nation's wars since, and including World War I. Memorial services are held at the War Memorial every Memorial Day at 2:00 p.m.
Brays Bayou Hike & Bike Trail - 9601 Braes Bayou Drive
Brazos Bend State Park
Beautifully wooded bottomlands along the Brazos River. Hike the nature trails and fish from the river banks. The park has picnic areas, campgrounds, the Challenger Center and the George Observatory.

George Bush Park - 16756 Westheimer Parkway 77082
Dedicated on August 16, 1986, the Houston Area Model Council, Inc. located in George Bush Park became the premier place for radio control, control line, and free flight model airplane flying in the southwest United States.
The American Shooting Centers (ASC) located in George Bush Park is a world-class facility encompassing 564 acres. The ASC is open to the public and has three different ranges. The ASC complex includes three different types of shooting ranges, three pro shops, three restroom buildings, an air-conditioned pavillion, a classroom where hunter education classes are taught and more.
Hermann Park
The entrance to Hermann Park is at the intersection of Main Street and Montrose Blvd. Hermann Park has many attractions to offer visitors including the Houston Zoo and the Museum of Natural Science.

Seabourne Creek Park - Rosenberg
164 acre park with a four and one-half acre stocked lake and two fishing platforms. A unique 700' boardwalk allows visitors the opportunity to enjoy the variety of native flora and fauna. The park is a popular place for bird watching, hiking and biking.

Zube Park is Harris County's Railroad Park with a major model railroad system built and maintained by an organization of railroad enthusiasts doing business as Houston Area Live Steamers, or HALS. Park visitors can watch whatever activities may be going on: HALS members running their trains around the track or working on their engines in the elaborate roundhouse area.
