Designed in collaboration with GE's Ecomagination® initiative, this program features renewable energy savings with solar power, whole-home energy efficiencies, advanced building science, water conservation and indoor air quality.

"The Dashboard . . . Real-time Automation" - The ecomagination dashboard is a wall-mounted, touch-screen LCD panel that serves as a centralized display and control unit for security, HVAC, audio & intercom, and lighting controls (with optional control modules). The dashboard also displays utility usage in the home, including real-time and trended monitoring of energy use, water use, and renewable power contribution.

The homes are custom-designed and built individually for the residents. These exquisite homes range in size from 2,500 square feet up to 10,000 square feet or more. Many offer exceptional views, and some properties offer water views of one of two lakes within the community.

The custom homes within The Lakes of Williams Ranch will be installed with advanced in-home wiring. This infrastructure is designed to best utilize the GE Smart Connection Center that is also standard in each home.
