Current plans are for 392 homes sites on 50' lots with homes priced from the high $100s to the mid $200s. With nine floor plans ranging from 1,500 to 2,600 sq ft, these homes are designed for empty nesters who prefer very livable, open floor plan designs with luxurious upgrades throughout. Though most of the homes are one-story designs, the largest floor plan in the product line is a two-story home.

Though some inventory homes will be available for purchase over time, current plans are to focus primarily on preconstruction homes so buyers have the opportunity to personalize and customize their homes.
