Windsor Lakes

Windsor Lakes Homeowners' Association, Inc. (WLHOA) was created to manage Windsor Lodge and to manage various services provided to the residents. The WLHOA belongs to the residents of Windsor Lakes and will be run by the residents when Lennar and Village Builders finish building and closing all of the homes in Windsor Lakes.

Windsor Lodge is a beautiful clubhouse designed exclusively for the residents of Windsor Lakes. Amenities include exercise room with treadmills & weights, arts & crafts room, library with computers and printer, billiards room with pool tables and dartboard and multi-use room that is great for large or small get-togethers complete with stage and catering kitchen. Windsor Lodge also includes a wonderful resort-style pool and spa. There is also a beautiful deck area around the pool and spa for outdoor entertaining and gatherings.

Six tennis courts are located within walking distance at Montgomery County Community College, where you can also continue your education through Montgomery College Academy of Lifelong Learning.
